Abstract:  This article looks at the difficulties of  getting innovations in health care to be adopted around the world. There are many reasons for the slow adoption including the ability of  the on site medical personnel to understand, adopt and find the  resources to institute the treatment. There have been some successes  which are outlined here, but the authors find the dissemination of information an uphill battle that needs the help of leaders in the medical community.; (AN 27181037)
